Sukkot Family Campout - Sept 27-29, 2026 Sequoia National Park Service Description SUKKOT IN THE SEQUOIAS Join us for a three-day family adventure in the Sierra Nevada to celebrate Sukkot in the outdoors. We'll make camp at Dinkey Creek in the Sierra National Forest, build a sukkah together, and spend the holiday surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in California. It's a meaningful way to celebrate Sukkot while giving your family an authentic outdoor adventure. We'll explore Sequoia National Park, hiking through ancient groves past General Sherman, the world's largest tree, and along the trail to Tokopah Falls. The hikes are family-friendly and offer stunning scenery throughout. At camp we'll have unique kosher meals, campfire time, fun activities, and communal time together. Everything is covered: tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, camp chairs, and all meals from Sunday dinner through Tuesday breakfast are included. Just bring snacks, layers, and the kids.
